About Us
Circle J Kennels is one hour N.E. of Shreveport , Louisiana in Springhill , Louisiana . We have 40 acres of rolling pastures, woods, streams and ponds which provide an ideal setting for dog training. Circle J Kennels is a family run business so we don't treat you like clients, we treat you like family.
 OUR FACILITY AND TRAINING GROUNDS

- Training and Handling: Obedience, Gun Dog, & Hunt Test training. Professional handling is offered for AKC/HRC hunt tests.

- Boarding: New indoor facilities. We offer playtime (with people or dogs), swimtime, and nature walks. We can train boarding dogs to brush up their basic skills or introduce them to field, agility or obedience.

- Breeding: In addition to our quality studs, we have access to a complete canine reproduction service including timing tests, artificial insemination (fresh/chilled/extended/frozen semen), vaginal smears, and breeding assistance.

- Puppies: Field pedigree Labrador hunting retriever puppies can be reserved with a deposit.

- Gun Dogs: Trained retrievers for sale. Excellent hunt test candidates and proven hunting companions.

- Canine Health Care: We concentrate on the nutritional, mental, and physical conditioning of the canine athlete for peak performance in the field.

- We breed quality field-pedigree Labrador Retrievers. Our pups have earned over 30 field test and hunt test titles.

We actively compete in AKC and HRC hunt tests and have over 1,000 hunt test points with a better than 85% completion ratio.
Jerry Moore, Owner
Jerry Moore has 24 years experience training and handling retrievers for drug, human and deer tracking, hunting, field trials and hunt tests.
Pauline has over 15 years experience grooming dogs and 12 years experience training obedience dogs.
 Kristal has training obedience, hunting dogs, and competing for 10 years.
